Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Lookam service — an AI-powered virtual fitting platform for online fashion stores. By registering or using the service, you accept these Terms in full.
2. Service description
Lookam provides: an integrable virtual fitting widget (try-on) for ecommerce stores via native Web Component or Headless REST API, image processing through generative AI, an analytics dashboard with usage and conversion metrics, and compatibility with Shopify, WooCommerce, and any web stack. The service is currently in BETA phase.
3. Registration and access
To use Lookam, you must be over 18 years old or act on behalf of a legally established company, provide truthful information during registration, and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
4. Plans, pricing, and billing
Starter (€49/month): 250 images/month · 1 garment/try-on · 7-day retention · 1 API Key · 10 req/min.
Pro (€189/month): 3,000 images/month · 5 garments/try-on · 60-day retention · Unlimited API Keys · 60 req/min.
Enterprise (€899/month): 10,000+ images/month · 5+ garments/try-on · 90-day retention · Unlimited API Keys · 100+ req/min.
Annual plans offer a 10% discount with a twelve-month commitment. Additional test packs are one-time payments: 50 images for €4.99, 200 for €14.99, or 500 for €29.99.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Monthly plans may be canceled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no prorated refund. Annual plans allow automatic renewal to be disabled, but do not include refunds for unused months except in the case of a material service defect. Additional packs are non-refundable.
6. Acceptable use
The customer agrees to use the service only for legitimate fashion ecommerce, not to reverse engineer the service, not to process images of minors, to respect the per-minute request limits of their plan, and not to resell or transfer access to third parties without express authorization. Lookam may suspend accounts that violate these conditions without prior notice.
7. Data protection and privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by Lookam's Privacy Policy. Lookam complies with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD. The customer acts as the data controller for their end users' data; Lookam acts as the data processor under the customer's instructions.
8. Intellectual property
Lookam and all its elements (software, AI models, design, brand, documentation) are the property of Lookam or its licensors. The customer obtains only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during the term of their subscription. End-user images are the property of those users and are deleted according to the plan's retention period.
9. Service availability
Lookam aims for 99.5% monthly availability. During the BETA phase, no formal SLA is guaranteed. Lookam will not be responsible for interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure, or third-party failures.
10. Limitation of liability
Lookam will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or reputational harm. Lookam's total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Modifications
Lookam reserves the right to modify these Terms, pricing, or features. In the event of significant changes, we will notify the customer by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use implies acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Vilanova i la Geltrú, unless consumer regulations establish another jurisdiction. For inquiries: pol@lookam.io.
